Job summary

MedHealth Group in Penrith, NSW, is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality services to NDIS participants across a varied community caseload.

You will mentor graduates and early‑career clinicians, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to service improvement initiatives while advancing your clinical leadership within Ability Action Australia and MedHealth.

Qualifications

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services, ideally within the disability or community sector.
• Experience providing supervision or support to graduate and early-career clinicians.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Penrith team, supporting a varied community-based caseload across Western Sydney.

In this role you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience
