Job summary

Ability Action Australia in Sydney is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to support a diverse community-based caseload in Parramatta and surrounding areas. You will deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

You will also mentor graduate and early-career clinicians, participate in service improvement discussions, and contribute your experience to ongoing clinical excellence and professional

Qualifications

• Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services, ideally within the disability or community sector.
• Experience providing supervision or support to graduate and early-career clinicians.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist in Parramatta or surrounding suburbs to join our Western Sydney team, supporting a varied community-based caseload.

In this role you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience
