You will lead service, inspire a skilled kitchen crew and ensure every dish reflects a commitment to quality, creativity and consistency in a permanent full-time role.

Working alongside a Michelin-starred chef, you will drive day-to-day kitchen success, manage stock, costs and service quality while upholding Mulpha standards in a vibrant

Formación

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in premium, high-volume kitchens.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Passion for quality produce, thoughtful presentation and outstanding food.
• Confidence managing service, kitchen operations, stock control and food costs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service and kitchen operations in a fast-paced, premium restaurant.
• Inspire and develop the brigade to deliver quality, creativity and consistency.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to maintain menu standards and costs.
