ALH Hotels is seeking a Sous Chef for its Beachfront Hotel to act as the Head Chef's right hand and run the kitchen on their days off. You will lead service, coach staff, and ensure every plate reflects high standards of quality and presentation.

In this hands-on role, you will handle shifts, mentor the team, and maintain culinary excellence in a high-volume environment, while keeping safety and efficiency at the core of operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume pub or similar setting.
• Up-to-date cooking credentials and food safety certifications.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a kitchen when the Head Chef is absent.

• Lead kitchen operations and support Head Chef during shifts.
• Take charge of shifts, mentor the team, and uphold standards.
