Good Nature Hotel is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. The role involves supporting the Head Chef, leading the kitchen team, and ensuring high standards during busy services.

You will stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and help set the pace for the team. You will contribute to stock control, rostering, and cost management while maintaining food safety and hygiene across all prep and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one experienced Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader.
• Strong leadership style with ability to develop the team.
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.
