Maggie Choo Broadbeach, part of the Gennari Group, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team on the Gold Coast. You will work with the Head Chef to drive food quality, lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-energy Asian dining venue.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, allergen management and kitchen compliance.
- Experience mentoring kitchen staff and apprentices.
Responsabilités
- Support Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and rostering.
- Lead service, ensure consistency, quality and presentation.
- Train and develop cooks, apprentices and kitchen attendants.
- Oversee portion control, recipes and stock rotation.
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.
- Monitor food quality and ensure allergen safety standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house for guest experiences.
- Assist with ordering, stock management and waste reduction.
