The role involves mentoring junior staff, menu development, and ensuring top health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment on Noosa's Main Beach. Applicants must have Australian work rights and reside in Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and knowledge of modern cooking techniques and trends.
• Assist Head Chef with kitchen management.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Lead by example to manage a busy service.
• Create and implement new menus and daily specials.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Experience in high-end functions.
• Must be located in Australia with valid working visa.
