Job summary

SimCorp is seeking an APAC Solutions Engineer to join our team in Sydney, Singapore, or Hong Kong. You will configure demos, respond to RFPs, and lead functional components of the sales cycle across APAC opportunities. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to liaise with North Asia clients.

The role involves light travel and a hybrid work setup with flexible hours. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to tailor demonstrations and map complex client challenges to SimCorp’s

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FinTech implementations, transformations, presales, or relationship management with portfolio management exposure.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment processes.
• Foundational technical knowledge, APIs and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own detailed preparation and configuration work to enable high-quality demos and PoCs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare tailored solution proposals.
• Partner with the Sales team to own functional components across APAC opportunities.
• Deliver impactful product and functional presentations to prospects.
• Participate in discovery sessions to map client pain points to solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Professional Services, and SMEs for solution design.
