New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead technical engagements with prospects and customers. You will own the technical strategy, demonstrate value, and drive revenue alongside Sales, Product, and executives. Deep expertise in observability and cloud platforms is required, with strong communication and a willingness to travel.

You will run discovery workshops, build proofs, and guide customers through demonstrations and pilots to show NR platform value and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in pre-sales or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with monitoring and observability across cloud platforms.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK is desirable.
• Development experience in Java/.NET/C/C++/Python/JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with enterprise customers across multiple industries.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical direction for NRSC and own the technical strategic direction in accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify prospects and expansion opportunities.
• Lead value and solution discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges.
• Create compelling Technical Proofs through demonstrations and workshops.
• Develop and present points of view to showcase New Relic value.
• Execute proof-of-concept and pilot engagements aligned to business outcomes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the sales cycle.
• Contribute to revenue goals and share best practices with the team.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
