Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced enterprise ADM consultant to qualify opportunities, design end-to-end solutions, and guide customers through Waterfall-to-Agile transformations across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will deliver tailored demos, executive presentations, and proposals, collaborating with sales, marketing, partners, and delivery teams to win projects and ensure long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise Application Delivery Management (ADM).
• Expertise in end-to-end Test Lifecycle Management (planning, design, execution, defects, reporting).
• Proven pre-sales ability to analyze prospects' needs and present solutions for on-premises or cloud.
• Strong track record guiding Waterfall-to-Agile transformations and adoption of new tools/practices.
• Solid SDLC knowledge; DevOps and testing automation are a strong value-add.
• Excellent customer-facing skills; able to present to technical and C-level audiences.
• Proven client success and solution-win track record; willingness to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities for ADM platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Lead client discovery and design solutions for modernization and lift-and-shift initiatives.
• Advise customers on test lifecycle management best practices and transformations.
• Guide customers from Waterfall to Agile delivery models and scale OpenText products.
• Deliver customized demos, executive presentations, and proposals including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and delivery teams to win and transition projects.
• Support evaluations with proofs of concept, best practices, and technical guidance.
• Act as a trusted DevOps advisor and deliver long-term value realization.
