Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across multiple business units. You will coordinate discovery, requirements, implementation and governance to ensure on-time outcomes within budget.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, influence senior leaders and drive improvements that boost operational performance across Field Services and the wider organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation.
• Ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate acrossn bn to bring together diverse stakeholders and clarify cross-functional processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and deliver capabilities that enhance operational performance.
• Oversee project planning, governance, risk and issue management, change management and reporting.
• Ensure delivery aligns with PMO frameworks and quality standards.
• Influence decision-making at senior leadership levels.
• Build alignment across complex environments and support delivery of multiple workstreams.
• Prepare governance materials and executive-level communications.
• Provide insight into project progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Drive improvements supporting Field Services and the broader organisation.
