Qualifications

• Retail experience is essential.
• Senior Solution Architect/Technical Architect or Technical Lead with hands-on delivery capability.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution centre environments.
• Experience across warehouse management, labelling, automation or DC technologies.
• Strong integration architecture experience.
• Proven ability to work across internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior business and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to remain hands-on and close to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end solution architecture, design governance and key technical decisions
• Defining target-state architecture, integration and implementation approaches and the cutover roadmap
• Working closely with internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
• Facilitating technical and business workshops and turning requirements into practical solution designs
• Producing architecture artefacts, integration designs and key technical documentation
• Identifying and managing technical risks and dependencies
• Supporting testing, deployment and operational readiness
• Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security and operational standards
• The role spans Merchandise, Supply Chain, Distribution Centre Operations, Technology and vendor teams, coordinating delivery
