Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment seeks a Senior Solution Architect for a major Federal Government transformation program. Lead enterprise-grade solution designs and engage senior stakeholders to align with broader technology strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive architectural design for CRM and large-scale integrations, with emphasis on analytics, SAS, and cloud capabilities. Eligibility requires Australian citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years architecture experience leading design of enterprise-class platforms.
• Experience deploying enterprise-scale analytical solutions (SAS).
• Leadership in architecture for CRM/large-scale integration projects; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent listening and stakeholder management; translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to balance fast-paced projects with strategic goals.
• Collaborative in mixed-function teams and capable of facilitating large groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality solution designs aligned to business goals.
• Own creation and maintenance of solution documentation.
• Engage with business to understand objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate with enterprise architects, solution leads, and stakeholders for alignment across domains.
• Provide technical oversight and resolve issues during delivery.
• Represent the solution in governance processes and councils.
• Leverage SME and architectural expertise across the agency.
