7+ years of hands-on work experience in system/platform technical design, software development or system/platform administration.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including explaining technical and architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to analyse business and technical requirements to provide strategic guidance and support decision making.

Responsibilities

Enforce technical baselines to reduce redundancy.
Provide architecture guidance and support to technology work programs.
Drive a strategic approach to technology investment prioritising delivery of a seamless, secure, integrated digital ecosystem.
Ensure all proposed technical solutions align with strategic priorities—reducing technical debt, eliminating ecosystem redundancy, and accelerating cloud transition.
Develop and maintain a centralised repository of reference architectures, standards, and blueprints for repeatable service delivery.
