Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise analytics, CRM, and integration solutions in the Federal sector. The candidate will have proven SAS analytics platform and Salesforce experience and provide architectural leadership with governance across complex initiatives.

The role is Sydney-based with a 2-3 day onsite, 2 days WFH hybrid setup. You will own design documentation, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather

Senior Solution Architect - Federal Sector

Initial 12-month Contract (with 12-month extension)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise analytics, CRM, and integration solutions, with proven experience in SAS analytics platforms and Salesforce environments. You will provide architectural leadership and governance to ensure scalable, business-aligned outcomes across complex technology initiatives.

• Design and deliver high-quality solution architectures that align with business objectives, organisational goals, and enterprise standards while ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
• Own and maintain solution design documentation, engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure alignment across architecture, delivery, and operational domains.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery by overseeing solution implementation, resolving complex technical issues, and guiding development teams and subject matter experts.
• Represent solution architecture through governance processes, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and ensure best-practice design principles and organisational expertise are applied across initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years' experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture, including leading the design of complex enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale analytics solutions, using SAS.
• Strong experience leading CRM or enterprise integration projects, with Salesforce experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, balancing project priorities, business goals, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
