Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our IT Architecture team and shape the organisation's technology future. You will lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-wide solutions across multiple programs, providing governance and trusted advice to ensure secure, scalable outcomes.

In this role, you will mentor other Architects, collaborate with senior business leaders, and drive digital transformation while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in ICT solution development disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise-scale architectures.
• Security experience in Defence or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of complex, enterprise-wide solutions across programs and initiatives.
• Translate strategy and requirements into scalable, secure solution architectures.
• Provide governance and assurance to align with standards and roadmaps.
• Evaluate options balancing value, risk, cost, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and technical stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Mentor Solution Architects and mature the Architecture practice.
• Contribute to ASC's digital transformation initiatives.
