Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in navigation, sensor fusion, or state estimation.
• Strong background in real-time embedded software development.
• Experience with HWIL testing and uncertainty analysis.

Responsibilities

• Interpret product and system specs to architect software and navigation algorithms.
• Develop and implement stochastic state estimation and robust sensor fusion.
• Design sensor-fusion solutions using inertial, GNSS, magnetic, and optical inputs.
• Evaluate 6-DOF position/orientation estimation in simulation.
• Perform Monte Carlo simulations and covariance analyses for uncertainty.
• Coordinate with hardware and production teams to integrate algorithms into embedded platforms.
• Conduct HWIL testing and verify algorithms meet performance criteria.
• Review field data to identify anomalies and improve algorithms.
