Job summary

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• :5+ years experience in hardware and software testing with automated testing and CI.
• :Proactive self-starter with ownership and progress reporting.
• :Experience with HITL testing and integrating hardware with test systems.
• :Strong CI experience and test framework development.
• :Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• :Ensure automated testing provides fast, reliable and valuable feedback to developers.
• :Lead creation of high-value tests based on product use cases.
• :Design, implement and maintain software simulation and emulation environments for automated verification.
• :Integrate simulation with Pytest, GitLab CI and HITL; validate against real hardware.
• :Develop, review and maintain automated tests in Python.
• :Establish and enhance automated HITL tests with INS hardware.
• :Evolve GitLab CI pipelines; ensure efficient runners.
• :Triage test failures and keep test results green.
• :Implement requirements tracing and monitor code coverage.
• :Write verification reports and document results.
• :Communicate results and make them visible to stakeholders.
• :Ensure test cases are established during planning and development.
