Tapi, an operating system connecting tenants, tradies, property managers and landlords, is seeking a Software Engineer - Scale-up. You will join a remote-first team building core products, owning features end to end, from job flows to edge cases.

We value delivery over ceremony, shipping daily, and learning from real-world usage. As a senior member you’ll wear many hats: coding, mentoring, understanding customer needs, and shaping our engineering practices as we scale.

Qualifications

• We don't hire on languages, frameworks or years of experience.
• We care that you've shipped real product, thought hard about the people using it, and can work without a detailed spec for everything.

Responsibilities

• Build the core products and own features end to end: job flows, lots of states, lots of edge cases.
• Release daily, watch what real jobs do to your assumptions, and fix it.
• Set the patterns a bigger team will inherit: tooling, architecture, how we work.
