Job summary

Sitemate is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own product outcomes end-to-end, from shaping technical approaches to release and production performance. You’ll work in small, high-trust teams with Product Design Managers to define problems, craft solutions, and ship reliable, scalable systems that perform well in live environments.

Engineering, product and delivery are integrated here; you’ll collaborate across frontend, backend and AI tools, with a strong emphasis on fast delivery and responsible

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience building and shipping production software.
• Hands on experience with AI-powered developer tools and agentic engineering practices.
• Product mindset — wants to understand customer problems, not just implement tickets.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features with guidance from experienced teammates.
• Work with AI tools daily, with the team’s workflow skills for planning, implementation and review.
• Fix bugs and improve product stability across web and mobile.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Grow into more ownership over time, this role expands as you do.
