What You\u2019ll Do

• Lead technical design and implementation across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Architect scalable, cloud-native systems designed for growth and enterprise reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and product team to build high-impact features.
• Set engineering standards, lead design reviews, and ensure best practices in performance, reliability, and security.
• Mentor fellow engineers and help shape the engineering culture.
• Improve internal tooling, CI/CD, observability, and operational workflows.

You\u2019ll Bring

• 10+ years in software engineering with proven experience building and scaling full-stack enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing and delivering distributed systems, data models, APIs, and end-to-end applications.
• Extensive experience running python backends at scale
• Expertise in cloud architecture and IaC tools like AWS, CDK, Terraform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and performance optimisation.
• A strong product mindset riven to build what matters and iterate based on real-world use.

Nice to have

• Startup or scale-up experience.
• Experience with LLMs, speech technologies, or AI/ML systems.
• Public technical work (GitHub, blog posts, talks, etc).
