Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience as a software engineer.
• Expertise in software development, programming languages and patterns, development methodologies, and modern tools.
• Ability to guide and inspire junior engineers.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong grasp of software architecture principles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications are highly regarded.
• Experience with Java, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, GitHub, GitLab, and .NET.
