Job summary

Gentrack in Melbourne, Australia seeks an experienced SE Team Lead to drive delivery excellence and engineering performance. You will lead delivery initiatives, mentor engineers and champion best practices, while partnering with the Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality software and customer outcomes.

You will steer Agile adoption, manage team KPIs, and engage with customers to translate needs into scalable solutions, aligning with sustainability and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years commercial software development experience.
• Experience in senior delivery positions with people/work management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or SE or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and Billing systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery/engineering outcomes for the team.
• Mentor and onboard team members; guide best practices.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to ensure world-class software delivery.
