With 7+ years in senior software roles, you will shape technical direction, promote best practices, and help deliver robust, reliable systems in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a senior software engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong grasp of Agile principles and processes.
• Designing scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Experience coaching and leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of solutions within an Agile team.
• Partner with stakeholders to align outcomes with business objectives.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate with architects.
• Coach, mentor and develop engineers to improve capability and performance.
• Set technical goals and help teams achieve them.
• Drive engineering best practices, secure coding standards and improvement.
• Promote Agile delivery, continuous delivery and test automation.
• Manage technical debt while keeping solutions maintainable.
• Guide teams through technical challenges and problem-solving.
• Support modern architectures including microservices, event-driven, serverless.
• Ensure production uptime, reliability and availability.
