Job summary

SA Health in Murray Bridge is seeking a senior leader to provide complex, person-centred clinical care for older people in their homes, promoting safety, independence and dignity.

You will mentor and supervise colleagues, contribute to clinical education and service improvement, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and community services to support seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
• Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision, mentoring and education.
• Commitment to reflective practice, ongoing professional development and research.

Responsibilities

What you need

• Leadership, supervision and professional development: Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, education and professional support to Social Workers, students and multidisciplinary colleagues, together with a commitment to reflective practice, ongoing professional development, research and development of workforce capability.
• Participation in the AASW Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Accreditation Program is desirable.
• Qualifications, professional membership and eligibility to practise: Must hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), with current professional standing/eligibility to practise as required.
