Job summary

Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Level 3 Social Work Senior Clinician to provide advanced clinical expertise across complex presentations, delivering high-quality care with sound professional judgement.

You will collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams, provide supervision to social work staff and students, and contribute to evidence-based practice and continuous service improvement to support patients, families and carers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
• Demonstrated high level clinical experience and understanding of the needs of clients accessing the health care system.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for service improvement and skills in providing training and education with experience in staff and/or student supervision.
