NSW Health at Ryde Hospital is seeking a Social Work Team Leader and Senior Clinician Level 3 for a temporary full-time position. You will provide high-level social work services to patients and families, supervise staff, and participate in after-hours crisis coverage as required.

The role is based at Graythwaite Rehabilitation Centre, Ryde, in a redeveloped hospital campus with opportunities for professional development and research-informed practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work and eligibility for AASW.
• Evidence of extensive clinical experience, including Level 2 Social Work.
• Proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level Social Work service to consumers, carers and families.
• Act as team leader, providing daily support and supervision of staff within Graythwaite Rehabilitation Service.
• Participation in an after-hours crisis roster may be required.
• Lead quality improvement activities or service evaluation with supervision of students.
