Woolworths Group seeks a Senior Social Integration Manager to bridge business categories with our social channels. You will translate enterprise priorities into high-impact campaigns across paid and owned media, ensuring commercial value and brand integrity.

You will lead a four-person team, optimize a multi‑million-dollar social budget, and partner with agencies and in‑house teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading social media strategy and execution at scale in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to align enterprise priorities with partner agencies and internal teams.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar production budgets and agency workflows.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship of mid-to-senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary strategic partner for business units across Brand, Fresh, and Trade Cartology.
• Translate trading and marketing priorities into high-impact, full-funnel social strategies.
• Lead agency models and production workflows to ensure quality and financial accountability.
• Drive efficiency in paid and organic social activity across pillars.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice and collaboration with internal and external teams.
