Woolworths Group is seeking a strategic leader to develop high-impact plans across divisions and the portfolio, reporting to Senior Strategy Manager/General Manager. You will manage projects, lead teams, and provide strategic advice to unlock profitable growth beyond day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, rigorous problem-solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, with a strong focus on analytical thinking and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank or corporate strategy team.
• Demonstrated deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, project and change management.
• Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Analytics and quantitative modelling.
• Consumer market experience and retail experience is an advantage.
