With a culture of genuine care, a flexible approach to work, and opportunities across the group to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, the possibilities for what we can achieve together are endless.

What you'll do

The Senior Social Integration Manager is the primary link between the business categories and our social channels. They take the main marketing and trading priorities for our pillars and translate them into coordinated campaigns, ensuring that everything we do across paid social and our owned accounts supports the wider business, holds commercial value, and protects the brand voice.

  • Act as the primary strategic partner for business unit leads in Brand, Fresh and Trade Cartology, translating enterprise-wide trading and marketing priorities into high-impact, full-funnel social media strategies. Ensure all social activity is commercially viable, on-brand, and integrated across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to a team of four social integration leads and planners, fostering a culture of operational excellence, creative innovation, and data-driven execution.
  • Drive maximum efficiency from our $25M social media activity. Act as the day-to-day lead for our agency operating models and production workflows, ensuring high-quality output, accountability for financial outcomes, and optimised media allocation across pillars.
  • Drive maximum efficiency from our paid social media activity. Act as the day-to-day lead for our agency operating models and production workflows, ensuring high-quality output, accountability for financial outcomes, and optimised media allocation across pillars.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for the wider marketing organisation. Streamline the intake of briefs, manage expectations, and facilitate seamless collaboration between business pillars agencies, in house teams and partners to ensure consistency in message and brand voice.
  • Champion a culture of effectiveness by overseeing the end-to-end measurement framework for social media. Translate complex data into clear business insights, proving the value of social activity to senior stakeholders.
  • Champion cross-platform consistency and content integrity across channels. Ensure all output complies with brand and security guidelines while proactively embedding emerging trends (AI, social search, creator economy) into campaign execution.

What you'll bring

  • At least 10 + years leading social media strategy and execution at scale, ideally within a complex matrix enterprise, major retailer, or a tier-one creative or media agency environment.
  • A proven mix of client-side enterprise and agency experience, ensuring a deep understanding of how to drive internal corporate alignment while simultaneously extracting the best value from creative partners.
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring diverse teams, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, business unit leads, and commercial entities such as retail media arms like cartology.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimising agency operating models, including accountability for multi-million dollar production budgets and agency workflows.
  • Deep technical mastery across paid, organic, creator, and emerging AI social search, with the critical judgment required to orchestrate a unified, full-funnel measurement framework.
  • A definitive self-starter with the ability to run independently, manage high-volume campaign pipelines through mid-level direct reports, and deliver end-to-end business outcomes with minimal oversight.

What you'll experience

We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach. Our culture thrives on mutual respect, care, curiosity, openness, and a proactive attitude. We continually seek ways to pair, collaborate, support, and learn from each other as a team!

  • A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline - with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network
  • Commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams
