Job summary

Medium Rare Content Agency, part of News Corp Australia, is seeking a Social Lead in Sydney to drive senior social and influencer strategy within the Strategy Centre of Excellence. You will work with Heads of Strategy, Visual Domain and Storyation to shape social campaigns, ideation, and production for diverse clients.

You will guide social teams, stay ahead of trends, and develop data-driven strategies that align with client objectives while growing the agency's specialist social and influencer

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and strategy development.
• Knowledge of social platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across agencies and teams to deliver data-driven social and influencer plans.
• Ensure strategies align with client objectives and budgets.
• Identify growth opportunities for social and influencer work with retainer clients.
• Provide current social insights and guidance to support business development.
• Support Heads of Content to keep social teams up-to-date with knowledge and trends.
• Stay updated on emerging social trends and influencer analytics.
• Lead and support social and influencer campaign ideation and execution.
• Contribute to new business proposals and RFP responses.
• Support the strategy and execution of Medium Rare's owned channels.
• Build strong client relationships and present trends and ideas effectively.
• Guide social managers and producers to foster creativity and collaboration.
• Establish and enforce social and influencer processes compliant with MRCA and NewsCorp policies.
