City of Adelaide is seeking a Senior Social Planner within the Park Lands, Policy & Sustainability Program to shape a more inclusive, equitable and connected city.

You will bring social research, policy and community development expertise to Council's planning and decision-making, ensuring the needs of residents, workers, visitors and students are considered in the development of policies, programs and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social research and planning.
• Knowledge of community engagement principles.
• Understanding of socio-urban needs in inner-city environments.
• Ability to collaborate with government and non-government partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead social research, impact analysis and policy development.
