UBank is seeking a senior social operator to lead our presence on TikTok and Instagram from Sydney. You’ll craft platform-native content, own community growth, and partner with Marketing, Product, and agencies to drive growth and brand relevance. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role in a hybrid setup.

You’ll manage a 230k+ audience, turn reach into customers, and use data to sharpen our social programs, while collaborating across teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media management across multi‑channel brands
• Proven stakeholder management with cross‑functional teams
• Expertise using Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads Manager and YouTube
• Experience with social media management platforms like Sprinklr
• Agency or startup experience is a plus
• Finance/category experience is a bonus

Responsabilités

• Lead rollout of multi‑channel social strategy for TikTok and Instagram
• Create platform-native content: write, shoot and edit short‑form video
• Grow and engage the 230k+ TikTok community daily
• Drive customer acquisition through social channels
