Bread Agency in Sydney is seeking an Account Director to lead client partnerships and steer social media campaigns with a fresh, adventurous approach.

You’ll manage senior client relationships, develop social and influencer strategies, oversee creative campaigns, and coordinate content creators across platforms.

This remote-friendly role includes 2–3 days in Surry Hills, ongoing training, budgets, timelines, and opportunities to shape bold campaigns with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years marketing experience in social media.
• Strategic thinker with account leadership abilities.
• Senior client partner with strong relationship skills.
• Operational excellence and attention to detail.
• Experience with paid social media platforms (CPMs/CPCs).
• Fluency across platforms from TikTok to Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients as the senior point person.
• Develop social and influencer strategies using latest trends.
• Lead creative campaign responses and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Source briefs and oversee creators and social managers for engaging content.
• Set multi-platform content calendars and oversee team execution.
• Identify trends and opportunities across platforms to stay ahead.
• Oversee paid media strategy and implementation.
• Provide senior guidance for community engagement across platforms.
• Contribute to and analyze social media reports.
• Independently manage projects to high performance and efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day project management: timelines, scoping, forecasting, invoicing, resources.
