Job summary

We. Communications is seeking a proactive Senior Digital Account Manager to drive integrated campaigns across social, digital, content and influencer initiatives in Australia.

This role can be contract or permanent and involves client growth, strategic contribution and collaboration across teams. You will lead client relationships, oversee account delivery, mentor juniors, and ensure best-in-class, test-and-learn work while staying culturally relevant and performance-driven.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Experience executing organic and paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of core digital metrics across the funnel (awareness to conversion).
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and deliver presentations.
• Creatively and strategically think in an integrated, social-first way.
• Experience in influencer space is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Own the delivery of allocated accounts, manage scope, timelines, and quality of work.
• Run client meetings and provide strategic counsel to guide decision making.
• Oversee project timelines from brief to delivery and ensure deadlines and QA.
• Develop understanding of clients' businesses and marketing strategies to anticipate needs.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while maintaining operational excellence.
• Build and foster strong client relationships through regular communication.
