Job summary

Apparent, an independent agency, is seeking a senior agency client services lead to connect client ambition with creative delivery. You will shape social and content opportunities, guide briefs and bring the right people into projects early.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Social & Content to build the offering, own day-to-day delivery, and mentor teams across disciplines. The position is based at our brand-new HQ in Eveleigh, Sydney, with a focus on client relationships and

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years experience in a creative, social or integrated agency
Proven ability to lead client relationships and delivery
Strong commercial judgement and budgeting experience
Experience guiding social/content projects from brief through delivery
Ability to brief and influence senior colleagues across disciplines

Responsibilities

Build social thinking into client services and identify opportunities across clients and briefs
Lead delivery planning including scopes, schedules and resources
Coordinate with Production and Strategy to shape content and campaigns
Develop lean production processes and scalable content approaches
