Armada Accountants and Advisors in Perth seeks a Senior SMSF Accountant to manage a portfolio of SMSF clients, preparing financial statements and tax returns with strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and superannuation law.

You will support junior team members, liaise with trustees and auditors, and contribute to the ongoing success of the SMSF division while enjoying a friendly, flexible work environment in Osborne Park.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified Accountant with CA or CPA certification.
• 5+ years experience preparing SMSF financial statements and tax returns.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian tax and superannuation law.
• High attention to detail.
• Professional demeanour liaising with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Class or BGL software desirable.
• Excellent written and oral English.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

As a Senior SMSF Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) clients, ensuring the accurate preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentation. Working closely with trustees, financial advisers, and auditors, you will provide technical expertise and exceptional client service while supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing success of the SMSF division.

About You
