Job summary

Building Real Resolutions is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee high-end residential projects across Sydney. You will ensure work runs smoothly, safely, on schedule and within budget.

This hands-on role requires leadership, strong cost control and knowledge of WHS standards, with proficiency in Procore and SiteBook. A White Card and a current driver's licence are essential. Salary is $140,000–$160,000 plus super, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of residential construction experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction methods, drawings and Australian standards.
• Strong cost control, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience with Procore, SiteBook or similar systems.
• Current White Card and valid driver's licence.

We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on Senior Site Manager to oversee our high-end residential projects across Sydney, ensuring work runs smoothly, safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Monitor labour hours, attendance, productivity and project costs.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries and construction schedules.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and WHS compliance.
• Enforce company procedures and the mandatory use of Procore and SiteBook.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays and potential cost overruns.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and provide regular progress updates.

About you

• 7-10 years of residential construction experience, including significant Site Manager experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage subcontractors confidently.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, drawings, Australian building standards and WHS requirements.
• Strong cost control, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience with Procore, SiteBook or similar systems.
• Current White Card and valid driver's licence.
