Job summary

Amida Group on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator to lead contract management for a $200m+ high-rise residential project and others. Local market knowledge is preferred, but candidates with relevant high-rise experience are welcome.

Role focuses on tendering, contract administration, cost control, and dispute avoidance. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities within a dynamic, expanding team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction, engineering, or project management.
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with head contractor environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full contract lifecycle from tendering to close-out.
• Interpret and administer head contracts and subcontracts.
• Prepare, issue and evaluate tender packages and contract docs.
• Negotiate subcontracts to optimise value.
• Monitor costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial control.
