Parkview Constructions is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of major high-rise construction projects across Sydney.

This is a senior site-based role requiring leadership to manage site operations, people, subcontractors and resources, while working closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time and to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction (minimum).
• 6+ years' experience as a Site Manager, ideally on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong knowledge of construction legislation, regulations, building codes and Australian Standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, identify issues and provide buildability feedback.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all day-to-day site operations with focus on safety, quality, productivity and program delivery.
• Mentor and develop site teams, including Leading Hands and Sub-Foremen.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor construction activities to maximise productivity and efficient resource use.
• Drive quality outcomes and ensure works comply with plans, specs, codes and standards.
• Monitor and manage the construction program, provide updates and address delays.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage issues impacting program, cost, quality or delivery.
• Coordinate site establishment and logistics for a safe working environment.
• Work with subcontractors, consultants, clients and authorities to maintain strong relationships.
• Identify and resolve site issues, taking ownership and driving solutions.
• Promote a positive, high-performing site culture.
