Lendlease is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead WA Construction projects from Perth with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery excellence. You will mentor Supervisors and EHS teams, drive site performance, and ensure robust governance across stages of construction.

The role requires delivery of complex projects within Tier 1 Commercial Buildings or similar, with accountability for schedule, coordination and client communications.

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join our WA Construction business and take a key leadership role. This is an opportunity for a seasoned delivery leader to drive construction excellence, uplift site performance, and build capability within a high‑performing team.

Partnering closely with the Construction Manager and broader construction leadership, you’ll set the tone for site culture, champion Zero Harm, and ensure our delivery frameworks are applied to the highest standard. You will lead a team of Supervisors and EHS, providing strong mentorship, technical direction, and decisive operational leadership.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Management of site operations, including all internal staff and subcontractors

Programme management, sequencing, and coordination to ensure timely project delivery

Drive site safety, ensuring full compliance with WHS requirements

About You

Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager delivering complex projects, within a Tier 1 Commercial Buildings Project or similar.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery.

A leadership style that inspires, influences and builds capability.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
