Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join our WA Construction division. You will lead a high-performing team, drive construction excellence, and uplift site performance while championing Zero Harm and applying delivery frameworks to the highest standard.

You will mentor Supervisors and EHS, coordinate with senior leadership, and oversee multiple projects with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects as a Site Manager (Tier 1 Commercial Buildings or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery.
• Proven leadership that inspires, influences and builds capability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specs, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage site operations, including all internal staff and subcontractors.
• Plan, sequence, and coordinate programme to ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive site safety and ensure WHS compliance across the workforce.
• Oversee QA & QC across trades to ensure high-end finishes and quality.
• Lead daily site operations, meetings and reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage on-site communications with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join our WA Construction business and take a key leadership role. This is an opportunity for a seasoned delivery leader to drive construction excellence, uplift site performance, and build capability within a high‑performing team.

Partnering closely with the Senior Senior Site Manager and broader construction leadership, you’ll set the tone for site culture, champion Zero Harm, and ensure our delivery frameworks are applied to the highest standard. You will lead a team of Supervisors and EHS, providing strong mentorship, technical direction, and decisive operational leadership.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager delivering complex projects, within a Tier 1 Commercial Buildings Project or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery.
• A leadership style that inspires, influences and builds capability.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
