Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Site Engineer to join our team in Perth. You will support trade subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project, developing construction programs, implementing procurement strategy, and ensuring high safety and quality standards on site.

Key responsibilities include planning, supervision, interpreting drawings, conducting site inspections, maintaining records, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant standards/regulations.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct quality control checks and testing of materials and workmanship to ensure standards compliance.

We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join our team in Perth.

In this position, you will play an integral role in assisting trade subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.

About You

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
