You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years on commercial project sites valued at $20m+.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Existing relationships with subcontractors are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities
