Qualifications

• Strong trade or construction management background.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors and deliver projects successfully.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the day-to-day management and successful delivery of commercial construction projects.
• Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Managing construction programs, resource allocation and project milestones.
• Maintaining high standards across safety, quality, workmanship and productivity.
• Working closely with project management to monitor budgets, project costs, variations and overall performance.
• Assisting with the planning, scheduling and coordination of resources across multiple projects.
• Supporting procurement, subcontractor engagement and construction methodology.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, systems and processes.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Supporting company leadership with operational planning and the continued growth of the construction division.
