Senior Site Manager – Commercial Construction Lead

Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is seeking a Site Manager to take full ownership of site operations from mobilisation through to handover, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will lead day-to-day site operations, drive safety, coordinate subcontractors, manage milestones, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders. Procore, BuildPass and SignOnSite experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction.
• Exposure to new build commercial projects will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety and quality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Procore, BuildPass, SignOnSite or similar platforms.
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day to day site operations and programme delivery.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across all site activities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure works are completed to specification.
• Manage project milestones and proactively resolve site issues.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation and reporting through Procore and BuildPass.
• Support successful project commissioning and handover.
