Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist 4 to act as the site learning partner, translating business needs into practical capability-building solutions that strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness, culture, and time-to-productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in L&D, OD, Talent Development, HR, or related fields.
• Experience diagnosing needs and designing, facilitating, and managing learning solutions end-to-end.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed or multi-site environments.
• Experience with onboarding, integration, learning measurement, operations, and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning, OD, Business, Education, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site learning partner for translating business needs into capability-building solutions.
• Translate needs into a prioritized site learning roadmap aligned to business and talent priorities.
• Manage site learning initiatives from discovery through delivery, evaluation, and improvement.
• Coordinate delivery with internal partners, facilitators, vendors, and regional/global teams.
• Define success measures and provide insights to improve the learning portfolio.
