Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Instructor-led technical training experience.
• Experience with manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom instruction with hands-on training and coaching.
• Apply ADDIE model for course development and job aids.
• Iterate on curriculum with instructional designers and SMEs.
• Measure and document student progress.
• Gather KPIs to inform curricular strengths and weaknesses.
• Partner with manufacturing to identify training improvements for safety and quality.
• Interact with stakeholders to assess training effectiveness.
