GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our onsite Construction team in Western Australia. You will provide high-level administrative support across project lifecycles and coordinate flights, rosters, timesheets and toolbox talks for FIFO/DIDO personnel.
This role requires strong MS Office skills, exposure to INX software is preferred, a Construction White Card, a current driver's license, and full Australian working rights.

We are on the lookout for experiencedSenior Site Administrators / Site Administrators to join our onsite Construction team across various projects in Western Australia, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of site activities.
This role works closely with the Construction Manager, Supervisors and site teams to ensure seamless transition for all GRES personnel and GRES Contractors to and from the project site.
