Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd seeks a Systems Analyst – Siebel Designer to deliver business and systems analysis and design for the Siebel CRM platform and related systems. You will work with business, policy and technical teams to analyse requirements and create fit-for-purpose designs that support system enhancements, releases and operations.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and substantial Siebel CRM knowledge, with responsibility across the full solution lifecycle, including

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' IT systems analysis and design experience.
• Minimum SFIA Level 4.
• Tertiary qualification in ICT.
• Experience with Australian Government IT projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts and other staff at all levels to determine business requirements.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with business and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
• Develop detailed functional design specifications, user stories, mock-ups and diagrams.
• Coordinate the implementation of solution designs with relevant stakeholders.
• Analysing and resolving design issues raised during development and post go-live.
